"I am so pleasantly surprised at how quick, friendly and reasonably priced these attorneys are. They were super kind, super affordable and I am forever grateful and will go to them for everything. Wish I had discovered this years ago. Highly recommend and be assured your case will be handled quickly and they will educate you and hold your hand every step of the way! Thank you Beth, Patty and David Noll!"
"I have dealt first hand with Mr. Noll and he was nothing but professional and straight to the point. He was more knowledgeable about my issues than I was and provided sound advice. I personally would refer anyone and everyone I know to the office of Cravens & Noll."
"Cravens and Noll stood beside and helped me during one of the worst experiences of my Life. They are a group of folks that are not only true legal professionals but are great human beings as well. I would highly recommend them!"
"Everyone I have met at Cravens & Noll is very professional. They have helped me with several cases and I have always been pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them for any legal service."
"I have consulted with and used Cravens & Noll on three occasions, 2014, 2015 and most recently 2022. All three situations were different from one another. I've personally worked with David Noll twice and his partner, Joe Cravens once. Most recently I needed a question answered which on the surface sounded easy but was very important to me. David's office contacted me on the same day I submitted a call request and scheduled me for a meeting within a few days. I really appreciated this. I would recommend this firm for professional and caring services."
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to get a divorce?
That depends on why you are getting divorced. If your divorce is granted because you and your spouse have been separated for the requisite period of time, commonly called a “No-Fault Divorce” then legal costs start at $900.00. If you are seeking a “Fault Divorce” you will need to speak to an attorney about your circumstances before we can give you an estimate of the cost for your divorce.
What is estate planning?
Estate Planning is the process of working with an advisor to discuss your goals and concerns, review your assets and how they are owned, consider your family structure and develop a plan that provides for the management and disposition of your assets upon your death or incapacity.
Will I lose my home?
It depends on the specifics of your case, but most of the time you can keep your home. If there is no or very little equity in the house (the value of the home minus the mortgage) you most likely will be able to keep your home. If you are facing a foreclosure on your house, a Chapter 13 bankruptcy has the potential to halt the foreclosure and save your home to allow past due mortgage payments to be paid over time.
Can I afford a lawyer In my personal injury case?
Yes. Actually there is no fee charged unless the attorney wins money for you. Injury cases are handled on a contingency basis with the attorney taking a percentage of the recovery.
I didn’t have to go to the Emergency Room, and the pain didn’t really start until the next day. Is it too late now?
I was in a hit and run accident. I didn’t see the plate on the car that hit me and I don’t know who it was, can I still sue?
Absolutely. In Virginia, hit and run accidents are far too frequent. You may still bring suit, or even settle your claim without a lawsuit against your own policy or the policy on the vehicle you were operating.
